What products do you carry?

Trillium Floral offers a wide and continually refreshed selection of cut flowers and potted plants. Core Cut Flower staples include Freesia, Gerbera, Asiatic Lilies, Lisianthus, Pompons, Ranunculus, Snapdragons, and Statice. Seasonal specialties include Amaryllis, Calla Lilies, Celosia, Dahlias, Lilac, Peonies, and Tulips. We also offer a diverse assortment of premium potted plants including blooming plants, orchids, tropicals, foliage, ferns, succulents, and bonsai.

Do you carry order guides?

Yes! You can find our seasonal cut flower and potted plant options in our seasonal order guides. They are limited time offerings for each holiday. You can find access to them on our website under Order Guides. You can also get a copy of our order guide from your sales representative!

Where are your products grown?

All products are 100% Canadian grown. Trillium Floral is located in the Niagara Region in the heart of Ontario’s greenhouse operations, and sources from approximately 200 different growers daily.

How do you ensure product quality?

Due to their proximity to growers, Trillium Floral can supervise the growing of the products they sell to assist with quality control, and we ship directly from the greenhouse to customers on the same day.

How are orders delivered?

Trillium Floral delivers using its own fleet of refrigerated trucks, handled by its trained drivers. We typically ship to most areas twice a week with our own trucks and friendly drivers. A delivery charge will be added to each invoice and will vary based on your location.

For customers outside their primary service area, we also partner with trusted third-party carriers and transportation providers.

What are your minimum order requirements?

Our minimum order requirements vary by region and delivery route. Most customers meet the minimum with a standard weekly order. Contact our team with your location, and we’ll confirm the exact minimum for your area.

What are your order deadlines/cut-off times?

All orders should be placed by noon the day before shipping. Prebooking is expected and welcomed; however, we always remain service-minded, meeting all our customers’ needs.

How do I open an account with Trillium Floral?

To open an account with Trillium Floral, please begin by completing our contact form on our website. Once a member of our sales team connects with you, they will provide you with our client application form for you to complete.

How does payment work?

New customers are required to pay by credit card for their first two orders. After that, accounts are set up on Net-30 terms. We accept credit card, check, ACH, reverse ACH, and wire transfer. The first 2 shipments will be COD (check or credit card). After the 2nd shipment, we will extend limited credit to 30 days if your credit application is approved.

Do you offer custom or specialty sourcing?

We have partnered with the very best Canadian growers, who’s greenhouses we pull fresh product from daily. We also can grow dedicated or custom crops for our customers upon request.

What happens if a product becomes unavailable or out of season?

As with growing perishables, there will be times where conditions, disease, or weather impacts the grower’s ability to provide product that meets our standards. All shortages will be communicated by our sales representatives in a timely manner and noted on product availabilities.
